Our ambitious goal of reducing and ultimately eliminating work related injuries requires work and dedication. We demonstrate our dedication throughout the workplace by following strict safety rules and measures.

We provide all of the necessary training for our employees to ensure that they may perform their tasks in a safe and healthy manor. Our training ranges from basic workplace safety to the handling of hazardous materials.

In accordance with our goal, we are committed to following the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) to the letter so as to ensure that both employees and workers are working under proper conditions at all times.

It is our duty to guarantee that every employee follows the provisions of the ITIJAH AL NAJAH Safety and Health Plan. Furthermore, we work closely with our clients on the subject of Safety, Health and Environment to ensure that the necessary requirements are met so as to protect employees, property, equipment and the environment.

Our safety policy also guarantees that safe practices and proper measures will undergo continuous improvements to better protect the safety and health of every employee.

A constant objective of ITIJAH AL NAJAHs safety plan is to establish a consistent company and site-wide approach to worker protection by incorporating safety and health into our day-to-day work activities. Employees are encouraged to participate in all discussions and aspects on continued safety and health concerns.

ITIJAH AL NAJAHs safety management is based on the Safety, Health and Environment System that are seamlessly integrated into every workers daily work activities. The implementation of said system involves four steps:

Planning

The first step in the implementation process involves breaking down the workload into smaller components so as to identify and assess all of the hazards pertaining to each individual work activity.

This step is required in order to fulfill each site requirements. Such requirements include proper training, procedures, and work instructions. This step also ensures that the appropriate safety equipment and provisions are provided for each work activity.

Implementation

The following step involves communication and consultation between all parties of a given work activity so that every worker understands the HSE management System.

This is often achieved through team meetings; suitable training and discussions open to all workers and employees on the subject of health and safety concerns. Communication is thus a key component in the practical implementation of our safety systems.

Review

Once the implementation process is completed, a performance assessment is initiated to provide a quantitative measurement of overall progress. A range of tools are integrated into the safety management system such that every aspect of every work activity may be monitored for evaluation purposes. This process ultimately allows for future activities to be completed more efficiently in terms of time and workflow.

Improvement

Improving our daily safety management system is an integral part of the system itself. Learning from our everyday work activities allows us to continuously refine and improve our safety system.
